OUTGOING STUDENT PROCESSES

Which documents do you need to take with you?

Passport and its copy
Confirmation Sheet: This is a signed and sealed document indicating that the student has been selected for Erasmus+ mobility, the grant amount, the name of the host institution, as well as the dates of mobility.
Acceptance Letter, and its copy: The letter sent by the host institution indicating that the student has been accepted as an Erasmus+ student by the concerned university.
Learning Agreement and its copy.
International Birth Certificate
Biometric photos
Duration Sheet: This document should be downloaded from EU Office website. When you arrive at your host institution, and before leaving, you will have to get it signed and stamped.
