What are the application criteria for KA 103 Traineeship Mobility?

→ The minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) is required to be; 
                      • For undergraduate students 2.20/4.00, 
                      • For Master's or PhD students 2.5/4.00.
→ A valid language certification test score*

Documents required for application:

(1) Erasmus Student Application Form,

NOTE: After filling out the application form and finalising your application by pressing the "Complete Application" button, you will have to print your application form out and submit it to the EU Office.

(2) A printed copy of the signed and stamped letter of invitation for traineeship/internship.

(3) A certified copy of the student's Transcript from the Student Registrar's Office. Graduate students need to obtain their certified transcript from the related Institute's Student Registrar's Office.

(4) Proof of Language Certification Test Score.

(!) All forms/documents required for application need to be submitted at once and all together. Students are not obliged to hand in their documents in person.

What are the evaluation criteria for KA 103 Traineeship Mobility? 

  • In calculating the overall score, 50% of the CGPA and 50% of the Language Certification Test Score are taken. The sum of the points obtained from this calculation generates the Final Score. 
  • A centralised system of placement is conducted by the EU Office on the basis of the calculated final score taking into consideration the students' preferences.
  • A deduction of 10 points applies in the case of those students who have previously benefited from the Erasmus+ Mobility at the same level education.

To the children of veterans and martyrs

To disabled students (upon certification of the disability)

In cases where the student has benefited from Erasmus+ mobility (training or study mobility) with or without a grant at the same education level

-10 points

In cases where the mobility takes place in the country of the beneficiary’s citizenship

-10 points

In cases where the student does not realise his/her mobility without a reason arising from a force majeuresituation (this clause excludes students who withdraw from the mobility programme during the period of official withdrawal)

-10 points

In cases of a past mobility wherein the student has returned from Erasmus+ early in the absence of force majeure situation such as health issues

-10 points

In cases where the student has been selected for both study and training mobilities (the extraction will be done from the mobility type of the student’s preference)

-10 points

In cases where the student is pursuing a double major and applies for Erasmus+ mobility from both majors (the extraction will be done from one of the majors of the student’s preference)

-10 points

In cases where the student, without an acceptable force majeure situation such as health issues, has not attended the foreign language exam despite the fact that he/she has applied to enter the exam

-5 points

In cases where the student is entitled for protection, care or shelter on grounds of the Social Services Law, No 2828.

+10 points

In cases where a student who has been selected for Erasmus+ mobility does not attend the meetings/orientation programmes organised by the European Union Office and has no official excuse for this absence (this extraction is applied in cases where the student reapplies for Erasmus+ mobility at a later period)

-5 points

 
(!) All evaluations are done on the basis of the rules published on the Erasmus+ Handbook by the Turkish National Agency. 
(!!) Applications with missing documents and signatures will be considered invalid.
